Mobile Reflexology in Templecombe
What to expect
The first treatment starts with a health and lifestyle consultation where we take a detailed medical history, including your current condition, diet and lifestyle so that we can devise an effective treatment plan. You should allow 75 minutes for this first treatment, and 60 minutes for subsequent treatments.
Treatment space
I will need a small clear space (about 2.5 metres x 1.5 metres). This space should be in a quiet part of the house with no distractions so you can get the most out of the treatment, I will bring everything I need with me.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural therapy that works to keep the body in balance and to help activate the body's own natural abilities to heal itself. The theory is that the soles of the feet, the tops and the sides are a mirror image of the rest of the body. Reflexology involves the gentle pressure to the reflex areas on the feet, with these reflexes corresponding to different organs of the body. When the body is in a relaxed state it can help bring a person back into a state of balance and well-being.
It is used to release tension and stress. Stress can be a huge factor in making many health issues worse. Not dealing with the build up of stress means the energy cannot flow freely around the body. Reflexology can facilitate more energy and help to boost the immune system.

Aromareflex
Aromareflex combines the power of essential oils and reflexology together. You will receive a full reflexology treatment and to enhance the benefit of the treatment you will have a blend of oils chosen just for you. It is an extremely relaxing and nurturing experience.
Aromareflex uses a carefully selected range of oils that are safe to use but also extremely beneficial. You will have your blend applied throughout your treatment. This treatment is longer than a regular reflexology session as it also incorporates advanced massage techniques. You will be given your blend pot to keep so that you can maximise the benefits of your session.
Hand Reflexology
Hand Reflexology is an ancient healing practice that targets specific areas of your body by applying pressure to points on the hands. It is a lovely relaxing treatment that can help to alleviate pain and tension in the hands. By applying pressure to certain parts of the hands, any energy pathways that are blocked can be cleared.
The benefits of hand reflexology may include:
- Boosting circulation - helping long term complaints such as Raynaud's
- Pain relief from chronic issues such as arthritis and osteoarthritis.
- Increased flexibility by improving mobility and easing joint movement, particularly in people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.
Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology is a very gentle treatment that is very relaxing and soothing. Like foot reflexology, this therapy aims to bring about homeostasis or balance by improving vascular circulation and nerve flow, clearing blocked energy channels and relieving stress.
A lovely side effect is that is that facial reflexology leaves skin smoother, glowing and healthy. I use the lovely Neals Yard oils in my treatment - Frankincense and Rose.
This treatment last approximately 30 minutes and can be included as a package with Foot Reflexology.
