Hello, my name is Kathryn, welcome to my website.
I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and have been practicing since 2015. I am a mobile therapist, providing treatments in the comfort of your own home, so you can truly relax.
Life can be stressful and reflexology has been shown to help reduce tension in the body and improve sleep, this helps support the immune system, increase energy levels and your general well being. I am extremely passionate about reflexology and have a special interest in mental health, working with clients suffering from stress, anxiety and depression.
Reflexology is a wonderful therapy and can help with many conditions, however, if you are just looking for a relaxing and calming treatment to get away from everyday busy life, it's good for that too!
I offer treatments in South Somerset and North Dorset, traveling to Templecombe, Wincanton, Castle Cary, Sherborne, Horsington, Milborne Port, Henstridge, Stalbridge, Gillingham, Sturminster Newton, Kington Magna, North Cadbury, South Cadbury and all surrounding areas.
